CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Contract administration is a service that we provide that coordinates and tracks the progress of construction. This alleviates the burden on property owners/managers of having to monitor their contractor's movements. Rodgers Architects will provide the following as part of this service: Invoice

 

  • Pre-construction conferences with contractors
  • Assurance of all necessary documentation (i.e. contractor license, building permits, insurance requirements, warranty documents, etc.)
  • Inspection and documentation of work progress
  • Coordination with product techinical representative for warranty approval
  • Approval of invoices as compared to work completed
  • Final punch-list completion
