CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Contract administration is a service that we provide that coordinates and tracks the progress of construction. This alleviates the burden on property owners/managers of having to monitor their contractor's movements. Rodgers Architects will provide the following as part of this service: 
- Pre-construction conferences with contractors
- Assurance of all necessary documentation (i.e. contractor license, building permits, insurance requirements, warranty documents, etc.)
- Inspection and documentation of work progress
- Coordination with product techinical representative for warranty approval
- Approval of invoices as compared to work completed
- Final punch-list completion
